The sarbanes oxley act was introduced in the year 2002 on the 30th of July. The sarbanes oxley requirements state that all businesses are required to comply with the regulations that have been laid down by the legislature. There are 11 sections under the legislature, but not all are given equal importance. For example the section 404 is one of the 11 sections which is given higher importance. In this particular section, the sarbanes oxley requirements state that the manager of a corporation is required to issue accurate information about the accountability of their business in their annual report.
