My Experiences With Lean Manufacturing Training
I’ve just started learning about
Lean Manufacturing Training. I think it could help our company if we could manage to make the necessary adjustments.
I’ve been reading up on Lean Manufacturing 5s online, and I have to say that I’ve been growing more and more enthusiastic about the idea.
I’d much rather improve our efficiency locally than resort to mass layoffs our overseas outsourcing.
