Planning for Certifications.

I am planning for Certifications. 1st Developer and then DBA. Interestered in SSIS, SSRS too. More interested to do more hands-on stuff. What are the costs and the course content and the value of these courses and how they will be useful in the job market. Which are the companies I can try also after the courses.
