Rewards for excellence in Customer Service
I met one of my friends last week, who manages a WalMart store. He told me he gives rewards to his employees who provide excellent customer service. I asked him how it helps him or his company. He replied by doing so he is able to keep the employees happy and they have increased the remuneration of his company by increasing the number of customers visiting the store. I thought it was a good idea and decided to start rewarding my employees for providing excellent customer service.
