Taking stock in the restaurant
I have been running a restaurant for over 10 years, and one of the things that I know I really could not do without is my Aloha Restaurant System, because without it I know that my stock levels would be impossible to keep control of, and that would usually mean that at some point I would find that I did not have the ingredients to make certain dishes, or may find that certain drinks were no longer available to my customers. As you can guess, keeping care of your stock levels in the restaurant business is one of the most important things there is. Luckily my restaurant inventory system does all this for me and I don’t have to worry about it.
