Forklift training is a must.
A forklift is a piece of heavy equipment. Common sense tells you that you should have training before operating a vehicle of this nature. The law also tells you that forklift training is a must. Employees have to be certified before they are able to operate a forklift. If they do not complete a training course prior to operation, accidents are bound to happen. This can result in injuries, and lawsuits may come about due to them. The company can also receive fines if hey are caught allowing untrained employees to operate equipment such as forklifts.
