The private investigator licence - varying rules
Most states in the US have a pre-requisite regarding the private investigator licence. It is necessary for a person to possess a registered license, if he or she wants to operate as a PI. The point here to be noted is that the private investigator licencecan be issued, only when the person concerned is able to fulfil all the necessary requirements. There are certain limitations on the age and educational qualification of the person. It is also important for the person to have a clear police record while applying for a private investigator licence in any state. Being a licensed PI gives you a lot more leverage.
