Implementing network neutrality requirements
Network Neutrality requirements are proposed to promote investment and innovation for the Internet, however, these requirements will likely affect the Internet’s trustworthiness too. Network security is risk management, but the PURPOSE of the network is not to be secure the purpose of the network is to get the work done. The person configuring security architecture determines how to get the work done productively in the most secure manner possible. There are a lot of useful products out there, the most important are the Expert Sniffer, which not only sniffs on the wire, but also runs the packet through a high-performance expert system, helping to diagnose problems for you.
