My wife and I own a house that was built back in the mid 80s. We're thinking of putting it on the market and selling it, in order to be closer to her parents. Her parents are retired and we have 2 year old twins. Of course, we would like to sell it for as high of a price as possible. I read an article which stated that making residential solar power renovations is one sure way of raising the property value of our primary residence. We've decided to go ahead and research and invest in some residential solar shingles. The resulting solar power rebate would help to offset the installation costs. We plan to put our house on the market in about 3 months. Wish us luck…..
